A respected health system in Alaska is seeking an experienced Lead Medical Technologist to oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory. This role will be responsible for scheduling, training, performance management, and equipment maintenance within a collaborative hospital setting.

Position Highlights:

Competitive Pay: $49–$63 per hour

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily lab operations


Manage staff scheduling and training


Ensure equipment is maintained and compliant with regulatory standards


Support performance evaluations and improvement efforts


Collaborate with other clinical departments and leadership



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required (Medical Technology or related field)


Hospital laboratory experience preferred


Management or leadership experience preferred
