Technical Expertise:Diagnose and repair complex diesel engine problems, including fuel systems, emissions systems, and electrical components. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and brake inspections. Stay up-to-date with the latest diesel engine technology and repair techniques. Customer Service:Communicate with customers about the status of their vehicle repairs. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service. Administrative Tasks:Complete necessary paperwork, including repair orders and work estimates. Manage inventory of parts and supplies. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
