Responsible for the oversight of all MOA Employment activities (including promotion, demotion, transfer, job bidding, etc.). Provide leadership, direction, and discipline to all Employment Section staff. Responsible for the oversight and administration of preemployment checks and screening to include, but not limited to, background fingerprinting, drug screen, psychological assessments, and medical and physical assessments. Responsible for the administration, configuration, and data integrity of the on-line application support system. Provide oversight and accountability for information contained in Municipal Job Postings which must conform with Municipal Code and applicable collective bargaining agreements. Serve as the administrator of the online application system, establish user accounts and verify appropriate levels of user access.
