This position is responsible for supervising the day-to-day portable plant operations associated with mining, processing, stockpiling, loading and distribution of aggregates or related construction materials to ensure workforce efficiency. Essential Job Accountabilities. Plan, direct and supervise workers associated with mining, processing, stockpiling, loading and distribution of aggregate or related construction materials to ensure proper manpower and inventory levels are maintained. Direct assigned work in accordance with area operation to ensure profitability, safe work practices, and environmental/legal compliance. Apply knowledge of production methods, processes, and equipment to ensure operating effectiveness and improve efficiencies.
