Maintain the data integrity of the ERP system, including validation and auditing, with current and retroactive detailed data entry ensuring accuracy. Responsible for onboarding packet entries and notifying the Employment Specialists of any discrepancies. Maintain employee personnel records with applicable documents (hire paperwork, termination, transfers, and promotions) and conduct various types of research as requested/necessary. Track certifications and licenses as part of the conditions of continued employment and request current documents. Regular tracking to ensure ongoing federal compliance with citizenship and employment laws (I-9 s). Daily management of the Employment/ Records email inboxes and receiving and sorting out mail. Provide in person customer service and assistance to customers at the records window. Answer and dispatch calls.
