Manage and administer a multi-project capital improvement program. Activities to include project need assessment, concept development, design, bidding, and construction. Design and construction work almost entirely done through contracts. Must have thorough understanding of project design and construction process, competitive RFP and bid process, and project administration practices. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications / Substitutions / Preferences High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, and six (6) years of experience specific to the position.
