Routine Maintenance and Inspections:Perform multi-point inspections, identifying potential issues and preventative maintenance needs. Change engine oil and filters according to manufacturer specifications. Rotate and balance tires, checking air pressure and tread wear. Top off or replace fluids (coolant, windshield washer fluid, etc.). Perform other express services like battery checks, wiper blade replacements, and air filter changes. Document all completed services and identified issues on repair orders. Customer Service:Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Explain service recommendations clearly and concisely, obtaining customer authorization before proceeding. Provide estimated wait times and keep customers informed of service progress.
