The Assistant General Manager oversees the Dining Program, Catering Program, Retail Program, and all other Food & Beverage Operations & Initiatives at the University of Alaska Anchorage and Alaska Airlines Center. This position oversees multiple units in and around UAA's Campus with a forward focus on campus vibrancy.
