Job Details

This position is based in Anchorage but will primarily perform deep cleaning and painting services to facilities throughout Alaska. The position is full time. This position requires the employee to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Cleans offices, public spaces, industrial areas, warehouses, exterior areas, and additional areas as required. Assists journeyman level painter in small interior painting projects. Sweeps, mops, scrubs, strips, extract, waxes, buff, vacuums, etc. all types of floors. Cleans carpets. Dusts both low and high areas using ladders and lifts. Wipes down or cleans various surfaces to include walls and ceilings. Cleans windows. Uses appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions for all tasks. Removes and properly disposes of discarded materials. Removes and transports trash to the appropriate disposal areas. May change light bulbs and perform very light facility maintenance.
