Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrator / Receptionist to support daily operations in a busy, professional office environment in Anchorage, Alaska. This is a full-time, onsite position with the potential for permanent hire.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in visitors
Answer and direct incoming phone calls (minimal phone volume)
Scan, upload, and correctly file documents such as W2s, pay stubs, and tax returns
Handle basic expense reports
Order and manage office supplies (paper, toner, pens, K-Cups, swag)
Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Prior office admin or receptionist experience preferred
Familiarity with lending or real estate is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and/or Concur is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
