Hiring Bonus: Up to $2,500 for eligible full-time external hires meeting qualifications.

Hours: Full Time (36 hours weekly) - Day/Night Shifts available.

In this role, you will work under the direct supervision of the bedside RN and charge nurse to create a safe and hygienic environment for patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include maintaining clear communication regarding patient needs and ensuring a clean, hazard-free setting that prioritizes patient-focused care.

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of a Medical Terminology course, or passing a hospital medical terminology test within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to obtain National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant training completed.
• Experience in healthcare (6 months preferred).
