Job Title: Ultrasound Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Ultrasound Tech - General Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Valid state license required Certifications: BLS, ARRT required Must-Have: Experience with Epic charting preferred Description: Ultrasound Tech position available. Shifts are 3x12 nights - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. First-time travelers are accepted. Fluoroscopy skills are preferred. No on-call is required for this position. No weekend requirements. The clinician may float within scope to meet facility needs. Block scheduling is open for accommodation. Candidates' permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility. Pending licenses are accepted. RTO restrictions prefer little to no time off requests. Guaranteed hours are 60 hours per 2 weeks, with the possibility of being called off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2 weeks. The facility type is an acute hospital. The facility is recognized as a Magnet facility and a Level II trauma center. Total staffed beds are 407. Scrub color will be provided. Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last three years is required. Communication devices may be provided for necessary duties. Travelers need to explore housing options, as they may be limited. Modules are non-billable, with an average of 16 hours spent annually. Completion of modules is self-reported and recorded.
