Job Description

Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They support Customers First by providing fast, thorough, and friendly service, which includes welcoming customers, assessing their kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, setting up for measurements, and discussing room designs and purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock initiatives by checking stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as needed. They enhance Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms are appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers help drive sales and meet department and store goals.
