About The Role

As our Service Coordinator, you'll play a central role in scheduling and supporting our Care Professionals. You'll match clients with the right caregiver, respond to day-to-day needs, and ensure smooth service delivery—while building extraordinary relationships along the way.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Location: Home Instead, 440 W. Benson Blvd. #100, Anchorage, AK

Start Date: Immediate hire

What You'll Do

• Coordinate schedules between clients and Care Pros
• Build positive relationships through friendly, proactive communication
• Respond to client and caregiver needs with urgency and care
• Maintain accurate records in scheduling and CRM software
• Support consultations and onboarding for new clients
• Help us deliver dependable, high-quality care every day
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Preferred: Experience in home care.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and scheduling systems
