We're looking for Accounts Payable Manager professionals to join us in Girdwood, Alaska.

What You'll Do

As Accounts Payable Manager you'll play an essential role in resort operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies.
• Supervise and train organizational peers around accounts payable best practices and internal department policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall financial efficiency.

What We Need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounts payable experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

This role occasionally involves extended hours, nights, and weekends to accommodate peak business periods.

Operating within a dynamic, fast-paced guest-centric setting, you will maintain a high level of interaction with staff, guests, and stakeholders.
