Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic field sales professional specializing in LTL/LCL and FTL/FCL services. The successful candidate will leverage sales channels to develop new business, strengthen existing customer relationships, and expedite the sales process as an Account Executive. The primary focus will be on shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, with a particular emphasis on the Alaska market segment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face and inside sales calls to establish new accounts in Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam.
• Spend approximately 60% of time on face-to-face sales opportunities, with the remainder on administrative tasks such as setting appointments, market research, follow-ups, and new business development.
• Provide face-to-face customer service and work with leadership to set customer relationship goals.
• Implement and deepen customer relationships, aiming to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Grow and maintain the customer base, managing interactions to ensure effective ongoing business relationships.
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1 to 3 years of sales experience in LTL/LCL and transportation/logistics services.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
