Under the direction of the General Manager (GM), provides advanced level administrative and executive services to the GM. Functions as the GM's confidential assistant, prepares briefing packages, plans, schedules and performs a wide variety of administrative and clerical work for the Department and the Solid Waste and Recycling Advisory Commission (SWRAC). Coordinates all SWRAC memorandums and informational reports as clerk. Coordinates, schedules and attends the GM's staff meetings, schedules conferences and helps manage the GM's calendar.
