This position coordinates the administrative and financial aspects of the patient admission at facility. Serves as a liaison between the patient, family, referral source and the interdisciplinary team so that everyone is prepared and informed to facilitate a safe, timely and positive admission experience. Works as the primary contact for the admission liaison team, patient, family members, and referring agencies during the referral and admission process related to financial coverage and potential costs. Gathers and communicates pertinent information to the care team related to insurance and potential coverage if eligible. Providence caregivers are not simply valued theyre invaluable.
