The Operations Supervisor at Pegasus Aviation Services plays a critical role in achieving company goals by providing high-quality services to our customers. This position is the face of the company in daily interactions with customers, airport officials, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders. The Operations Supervisor assists in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient airport operations. This position reports directly to Operations Manager. Responsibilities Train and supervise all Operations Agents and manage workload assignments. Provide flight operations support to airline crew members. Serve as the main point of contact for coordination between Airport Operations, Airport Police, catering, fueling, CBP, TSA, hotels, and transportation companies. Maintain accurate and timely updates to the Pegasus Intranet for customer airlines.
