As the Director of Small Credit Union Solutions, you will lead efforts to expand LEVERAGE's impact among small asset size credit unions. Partnering with the Director of Small Asset Size Credit Unions, you'll design and execute growth strategies that address the specific needs of this market segment-through outreach campaigns, educational initiatives, and engaging webinars that showcase our products and services.

As the Director of Small Credit Union Solutions, you will be a trusted advisor to credit union leaders, offering expert guidance and co-creating tailored solutions that drive growth and sustainability. You'll build strong, consultative relationships while managing the full sales process-from prospecting and proposal development to onboarding and long-term support.

In your role as Director of Small Credit Union Solutions, you will also represent LEVERAGE at industry events, grow our network through intentional outreach, and contribute valuable insights that inform future product development. You'll monitor solution performance, resolve client challenges, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure offerings align with evolving credit union needs.

Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
  2. Two to five years of relevant experience in sales, product, or customer-focused roles.
  3. Expertise with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  4. Knowledge of Salesforce and a data-driven approach to tracking success.
  5. Knowledge and understanding of history, development, and philosophy of the credit union movement.

Work Schedule:

As a Director of Small Credit Union Solutions, the standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional commitments during evenings and weekends. The position requires extensive travel across our footprint, which may involve both airline and car transportation. Therefore, a valid driver's license is required.
