Join Our Team as an Accountant

Become a driving force in our company's growth. The accountant is responsible for the company's accounting operations, including financial report production, maintaining accurate accounting records, and implementing controls and budgets to mitigate risks, improve financial reporting accuracy, and ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Position Responsibilities

This role is vital to our success and financial health. Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing Accounts Receivable functions such as invoicing, manual check application, aging reports, and account reconciliation.
  2. Entering routine journal entries and bank transactions.
  3. Processing Accounts Payable bills and credit card transactions as needed.
  4. Performing month-end closing and reconciliations.
  5. Reconciling, investigating, correcting, and adjusting accounting data.
  6. Supporting departmental colleagues as required.

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate will understand and align with our high growth objectives. Essential qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accrual basis accounting, including accounts receivable, journal entries, month-end closing, reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
  • Reliable attendance.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, capable of interacting at all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage projects successfully.
  • Attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Conditions of Employment

  • Authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
  • Willing to undergo a Level II background and security investigation; employment contingent on results.
  • Willing to submit to drug screening; employment contingent on results.

Compensation and Benefits
