Clinical Director of Behavioral Services Division: Hiring Range: $117,852.80 to $161,075.20 Pay Range: $117,852.80 to $182,686.40 Summary of Job Responsibilities: The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Division Clinical Director is responsible for Quality Assurance, Quality Improvement, clinical standards and clinical outcomes for the division. The Clinical Director is responsible for directing the day to day performance of clinical programs across the division. The Clinical Director works closely with the operational and division medical leadership to lead the establishment of strategies to ensure quality care for customer owners. The Clinical Director is responsible for managing and providing clinical supervision and leadership for the division directors as assigned. The Clinical Director provides direct customer-owner care.
