Human Resources Generalist
The William Davidson Institute (WDI) seeks to fill a full-time opening (40 hours per week); this role is hybrid with 50% of the work to be done onsite in WDI's Ann Arbor office. The successful candidate will provide all human resource functions from recruiting and onboarding to exit interviews, benefits administration, policy implementation, employment law compliance, etc.

The William Davidson Institute at the University of Michigan (“WDI”) is an independent institute currently off-campus through 2026. In early 2027 WDI will be moving back to our “home” on the central campus of the University of Michigan in Sam Wyly Hall, first floor. Compensation & Benefits:
The total rewards package will be shared in detail with those invited to a finalist interview. WDI's compensation package includes a competitive salary based on this role in the Ann Arbor area; participation in 403(b) retirement (with immediate vesting) with the employer's match of 10% as you contribute 5% pre-tax each pay period; WDI-paid premiums for life insurance and disability; eligibility to participate in insurance plans: BCN HMO or BCBSM plan, dental, vision; generous paid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays, seasonal days between 12/25 and 1/1), etc.
