Job Details

Under general supervision of the Operations Manager/ Assistant Clinical Manager (OM) the Residential Driver accompanies and/or transports clients on approved passes, reports any unusual client behaviors to the OM, picks up program donations, mail, and client items. The Residential Driver must be willing to be flexible as needed. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Knowledge of or experience in client care in a clinical or medical setting. Knowledge of cross-cultural issues. Knowledge of peer support mentorship, advocacy, and recovery support Understanding of trauma-informed care. Alaska driver's license with acceptable criminal history and driving records. Have or be able to obtain and maintain basic First Aid and CPR certificates. Must be able to regularly lift to 50 pounds. Ability to maintain a collaborative and cooperative work environment and to work with a minimum of supervision. Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
