The Director of Operations ensures that all units within his/her supervision achieve success in finances, account retention, client satisfaction, employee training, retention and development. This Director of Operations will ensure NMS standards, policies, and procedures are upheld, while building and maintaining healthy, effective relationships with clients, customers, and employees. Responsibilities This position provides management and oversight of assigned contracts in Camp Services. Responsible for delivering and tracking the performance of assigned contracts to meet key performance indicators. Responsible for coaching and developing employees within the organization using a framework of formal coaching and succession planning.
