Serves as first point of contact for People Mover. Responsible for providing accurate route and schedule information, and responding to questions in person, via phone, mail, and email with patience, courtesy, and professionalism. Conducts pass sales, processing cash and credit transactions according to policy and procedures. Works with a diverse population including ESL populations, seniors, and people with a variety of disabilities. Collects and disposes Lost and Found. Assists with exceptional customer service and communication skills. Performs other duties as assigned.
