Now Hiring: Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Duration: This assignment will start as a 1-2 month contract, with a strong potential to transition into a temp-to-hire position for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Must pass background and drug tests.
- Experience ideally in the construction industry, familiar with job-specific billing and payables.
- Detail-oriented, especially for handling government job invoicing.
- Proficiency in accounting software like Spectrum - Dexter Chaney is preferred, but training is available for candidates with AP/AR and invoice processing experience in automated systems.
- Pay rate ranges from $26 to $32 per hour, determined based on experience.
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, in-office.
- Casual attire is allowed, as long as it is appropriate.
- Friendly, family-oriented environment with a "work hard, play hard" mentality.
