Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Guest Services Manager to assist with outpatient imaging scheduling, insurance authorizations, new hire onboarding, training, and employee development. This role will also contribute to special projects, including the development of artificial intelligence (AI) applications and expertise in our Radiology Information System (RIS). The Guest Services Manager will coordinate closely with clinical staff, particularly Modality Leads, to maintain access standards and ensure a compassionate, exceptional experience for our Guests. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational skills and a passion for advancing healthcare technology. Comprehensive training on our specialized software applications will be provided. The Guest Services Manager reports directly to the Director of Guest Services.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent significant professional experience in healthcare management.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in healthcare, preferably in outpatient imaging or radiology.
    • Proven track record in scheduling, insurance authorizations, staff training, employee development, and performance management.
    • Experience with Radiology Information Systems (RIS) or similar healthcare IT systems is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and foster collaboration.
    • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle complex workflows.
    • Familiarity with AI applications or healthcare technology development is highly desirable.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to learn specialized software.

  • Other Qualifications: Must be able to demonstrate good customer service skills; multiple tasks with frequent interruptions; and work flexible shifts. Must be able to apply basic math skills.
  • Attendance: Regular attendance is a requirement of this position.
  • English Language: Must be able to read, write and speak English.
