Description:

Bristol Prime Contractors, LLC is seeking a qualified Project Manager in our Anchorage, AK location. The Project Manager is responsible for managing small to large, complex client projects. This position oversees all aspects of a project including planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising projects across Bristol's various business lines.

Major Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates and proposals, allocate resources, and oversee field activities.
  • Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders to ensure contract compliance.
  • Serve as the Point of Contact for contracts, developing and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Study contract documents to determine methods for completion and explain plans and contract terms to staff.
  • Administer contract pre-planning meetings and ensure stakeholders understand their roles.
  • Prepare staff loading schedules and confirm all permits and licenses are obtained.
  • Ensure project objectives are met while coordinating with Quality Control and Safety teams.
  • Manage project changes, prepare change orders, and track project financial performance.
  • Prepare and review project reports, invoices, and field reports.

Minimum Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Environmental Remediation, or Business. Equivalent experience can substitute for education. A minimum of five years recent experience as a Project Manager in construction, environmental remediation, or engineering projects is required.

Required Knowledge or Skills

  • Experience managing medium to large projects.
  • Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with established relationships with Federal clients.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and work under stress.
  • Flexibility to adapt to change and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to support estimating teams with technical and supervisory assistance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Primavera.
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with USACE and USAF projects is a plus.

Certifications and Physical Demands

Professional certification in Project Management preferred. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certifications may be required. The role involves a medium physical workload, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in various environmental conditions.
