Role Description

The Associate Account Manager will support our Sales and Recruitment teams behind the scenes. In this role, you'll manage contractor onboarding and offboarding, process updates in the CRM, and handle pay, bill, and assignment changes. You'll be the go-to for internal teams and contractors, ensuring smooth operations and excellent support throughout the assignment lifecycle.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Monthly contractor calls (after at least a 6-month tenure)
    • Discuss how their job is going, and common interests to build a relationship
    • Discuss the site/client and how Airswift can support
    • Holiday/PTO questions
  • Onboarding
    • Assist contractors with questions/concerns/needs and work with the Sales Consultant or Account Manager if the client needs to be involved or approve recharges
    • Benefits questions (coordinate with the benefits team to ensure questions are answered)
  • Bullhorn (BH) & CRM Systems
    • Upload all requirements to BH with the correct info and use the process in place to get it assigned.
    • Keep track of all the interview requests/offers and any portal/client notifications.
    • Make sure that bullhorn has all the correct info regarding rates/schedules.
    • Handle and address timesheet/expenses to make sure everything is correct and with the designated person.
    • Update BH and other systems to make sure all the information is up-to-date.
    • Keep the system clean across the accounts they are responsible for. I.e. removing duplicate records, merging of necessary records, etc.
    • Work with Sales Consultant or Account Manager regarding approval for contract extensions;
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or about to graduate.
  • Experience in Customer/Client Service or equivalent is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to foster teamwork when working cross functionally.
  • Highly self-motivated and objective driven.
  • Adept in time management and can demonstrate structure.
  • Previous administrative/back-office experience.
  • Account coordination experience with a proven record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Experience working in ATS and CRM systems.
  • Strong demonstrable service skills.
