Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician/ Journeyman to install, maintain, and repair heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing top-notch service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (residential and/or commercial)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manufacturer instructions
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical information clearly
• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• HVAC certification or diploma from a trade school desired
• 2+ years of HVAC experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record desired
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pre-employment drug screening
