Job Details

This is a hands-on role where every day looks a little different. You'll be responsible for a mix of repairs, maintenance, and seasonal upkeep. Responding to routine service requests & preventative maintenance Troubleshooting and fixing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues Handling drywall repairs, interior/exterior painting, and general repairs Installing and repairing door/window hardware, blinds, and caulking Seasonal work like snow removal and weatherproofing Transporting tools and materials between job sites Being part of an on-call rotation for emergency repairs Communicating with tenants and team members while keeping safety first REQUIREMENTS: Prior experience in general building maintenance Skilled in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or appliance repair Able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical tasks daily Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Must pass a background check and drug screen Bonus: Commercial mainten...Maintenance Technician, Technician, Maintenance, Building Maintenance, Property Management, Staffing, Repair
