Job Details

Job Objective:

Responsible for delivering and managing construction and engineering projects related to the design, fabrication, and installation of facilities and pipelines.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of facility, equipment, and pipeline construction at both brownfield and greenfield sites.
• Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including conceptual evaluation, adherence to specifications, design, cost estimation, procurement, funding, contracting, construction, start-up, and turnover to Operations.
• Supervise construction activities ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and specifications (e.g., DOT 49 CFR 192/195, ANSI B31.8/B31.4, 29 CFR 1910, Prudhoe Bay standards).
• Prepare development and execution plans to meet construction schedules and milestones, minimizing costs, delays, and disputes. Ensure project compliance with construction specifications and QA/QC standards.
• Develop execution plans, including work breakdown structures (WBS), supporting strategies for project phases such as Appraise, Develop and Define, Implement/Execute, Project Handover, and Closeout.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and protect company assets, including intellectual property.
• Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results. Assist in developing and implementing project engineering and management programs, including processes for project preparation, construction planning, execution, commissioning, startup, and project closure.
• Adhere to established work schedules, attendance standards, and punctuality.
