We are looking for a talented Facilities Engineer to join our team onsite in Alaska. As the lead Engineer, you will be responsible for managing construction and maintenance projects at the main hospital. You will oversee project planning, system maintenance, and hardware lifecycles, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations and safety standards. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess project feasibility, manage risk, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Engineering
• 3+ years in healthcare facility project management
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficient in project management tools and CAD

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops scopes, budgets, and timelines for facility projects
• Coordinates with clinical and support staff to minimize operational disruptions
• Ensures compliance with healthcare codes (Life Safety, OSHA, NFPA, CMS, Joint Commission)
• Manages contractor performance and protects facility interests
• Prepares reports, RFPs, and project documentation
• Supports capital planning and infrastructure improvements

Salary Range: $50,000-$100,000 per year
