SUMMARY
Arcticom, LLC, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation, is currently seeking a qualified Customer Sales/Service Representative for Arcticom, LLC at 144 E. Potter Dr. Unit C, Anchorage, AK 99518. This position will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer account might face with accuracy and efficiency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Other duties may be assigned.
• Support all aspects of the sales process including but not limited to inventory control and CRM input.
• Qualifies initial calls and email requests to determine proper workflow i.e. sales, service, or engineering and enter data into CRM.
• Set up a meeting with customer in house or in Teams with the appropriate subject matter experts and to develop the sow.
• Create quotes and follow up with customer. If engineering/service is required, forward request to appropriate department.
• Perform administrative and office clerical duties as assigned: answering phones, greeting customers, assisting the managers with coordinating returns, credits, etc.
• Manage Inbound & Out Bound Radio repair requests and communicate status with customers and vendors.
• Communicate with new and existing customers on updated sales information.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services.
• Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.
• Support, develop and improve internal Sales and Repair processes.
• Problem solves systems, data input and processes.
• Work with other departments that assist in fulfilling orders or providing customer service.
• Work in collaboration with Operations and Accounting Departments to effectively manage customer needs and company goals.
• Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
• Build and maintain customer relationships both internally as well as externally.
• Enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into a computer database.

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in an Administrative Sales Support role.
• Must work accurately and with great attention to detail to avoid delays and errors
• Drug screenings and background checks are part of the hiring process, which may include a Motor Vehicle check.
• Ability to build successful relationships and close business.
• Must be passionate about learning wireless products and features and applying that knowledge to business events to provide excellent sales and service.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Computer skills: proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Grammar skills (both verbal and written).
Preferred
• Previous products sales experience preferred, maintaining and building business base via CRM along with the ability to develop relationships for residual business sales.
• Some level of college education preferred but not required.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.
