Serves as an analyst and accounting liaison for Alaska's Technical Functions (Operations Support teams), supporting the Prudhoe Bay's Partner Reporting team. Assists in assembling and distributing monthly financial statements and preparing schedules for company meetings.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, manage capital forecasts, budget planning, quarterly reviews, analyze expenses, and generate ad hoc reports. Collaborate with office and field personnel on cost reports and special projects.
• Coordinate monthly employee open-book meetings and prepare related schedules, presentations, and materials.
• During closing, ensure timely distribution and accuracy of internal financial reports, analyze results, and prepare accruals.
• Perform variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Assist in developing annual budgets with Technical teams, Alaska Asset Teams, and corporate Planning & Budgeting.
• Support Prudhoe Bay Partner Reporting during audits, prepare responses, and implement adjustments to reduce claims.
• Maintain technical knowledge through workshops, publications, and professional networks.
• Contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of business analysis experience.
• Strong problem-solving and data management skills.
• Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and Power BI preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.
