POSITION OVERVIEW

The accountant position is responsible for the company's accounting operations, including the production of financial reports, maintenance of accurate accounting records, and implementation of controls and budgets to mitigate risk, improve accuracy, and ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will share and understand the high growth objectives of Mass Markets. Demonstrated experience in an accounting role is essential. The candidate should possess good business judgment, confidence, flexibility, and the ability to work across multiple business units to acquire operational knowledge and execute initiatives. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
