What is Medline ReNewal?

What you will do:

1. Assist and prepare technical proposals on how Medline's products can meet customer needs and how they can be integrated and implemented with customer's systems and equipment.
2. Call on potential and existing customers, GPO, and IDNs within assigned territory (both independently and in collaboration with other Medline sales representatives) to expand or retain sales of product lines.
3. Analyze customer's device collection volume and product needs and incorporate staff education to increase collection compliance as appropriate.
4. Gather data and information on customers and participate in developing presentations related to program and device collection education.
5. Conduct market research on new product ideas to develop product line expansion, driving sales growth and device collection growth within existing markets.
6. Assist in preparing customer systems/equipment needs plans for Medline teams, ensuring plans are feasible within cost, time, and environmental constraints.

Education

• Bachelor's degree required.

Relevant Work Experience

• At least 1 year of sales or related experience; basic skill level.
• Experience developing presentations for various audiences.

Additional

• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time for business purposes (within and out of state).

The anticipated salary range for this position is $56,160 - $78,520 annually. The actual salary varies based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the minimum wage or salary threshold applicable.
