We are currently seeking a skilled Transmission Line Design Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time position and may require some travel. Proficiency in utilizing PLS-CADD is required. Knowledge of the NESC code is also necessary. An Alaska professional engineer/registration or the ability to obtain registration in the near future is preferred. You will be responsible for the development of transmission line design, including engineering analysis, route selection, structure spotting, and line design calculations. Additional responsibilities include business development, client interaction, technical design, project review, development of transmission standards, drawings, specifications, cost estimating, project scheduling, and project management.
