Claiborne Senior Living seeks a highly organized and proactive Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance, repair, housekeeping, and safety operations within our senior living community. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years managing maintenance operations (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance)
• 2+ years supervising maintenance and/or housekeeping teams
• Knowledge of safety standards, senior housing regulations, building codes, OSHA standards
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with computer applications (email, maintenance management software)
