Job Summary

Position: Director of Dining Services

You will oversee daily operations for a dining account, manage and lead a team of associates, handle client relations, and ensure the food quality meets high standards. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments
• Collaborating with the Chef and management team to create menus and deliver top-quality food
• Managing all P&L and budgeting related to the account
• Implementing new culinary programs

Preferred Qualifications

• BS in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
• High-volume production and catering experience essential
• Previous experience managing a budget
• Desire to learn and grow with a leading foodservice company
