Food and Beverage Manager (Golf Course)

This position manages all golf course food and beverage operations at Moose Run Golf Course, including snack bar, tournament functions, snack shack, food truck, and beverage carts.

Responsibilities

1. Plan, direct, and manage food and beverage activities, including catering, vending, and contracts.
2. Implement directives, formulate procedures, and maintain high standards.
3. Manage budgets, inventory, and financial analysis.
4. Oversee food prep, menu development, and customer service.
5. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
6. Supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and handle hiring.
7. Operate vehicle for supplies and errands.
8. Maintain equipment, stock levels, and security of assets.

Requirements

• Background check and favorable results required.
• Shift work including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen with 3+ years residency in U.S. territory.
• Must pass physical and have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old and obtain food handler certification.

Qualifications

Experience supervising revenue centers, managing food and beverage services, and budgeting required. Ability to lift 50 pounds and withstand kitchen conditions. Must meet age and physical requirements.
