The Ounalashka Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Manager. This professional position, with minimal supervision and broad guidance, reports to the Chief Executive Officer and provides HR direction and support to OC, its subsidiaries, and approximately 30 employees. The role involves interacting with all levels of management and staff, as well as the Board of Directors, handling a variety of administrative, technical, and professional tasks by directing, coordinating, advising, and administering human resource activities, systems, and functions.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reviewing personnel actions, managing benefits, evaluating disciplinary actions, enforcing policies and procedures, handling requests related to PTO/ADA/Disability claims, ensuring legal compliance, managing recruitment, and overseeing performance evaluations.
This position is crucial to the success of operations and requires professionalism and composure in all situations.
