Position Overview

As a Deputy Project Manager based in Anchorage, Alaska, you will lead efforts to improve water, wastewater, and solid waste infrastructure across the state. You will assist project managers in managing complex engineering projects from conception through design, construction, and commissioning, while establishing strong client relationships and fostering an inclusive, innovative team culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver projects related to water treatment, wastewater treatment, planning, and solid waste.
2. Collaborate with senior managers and stakeholders to meet client goals.
3. Manage project scope, schedule, quality, and budget to ensure profitability and growth.
4. Support project and program managers in project execution and client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or mechanical engineering (preferred).
• At least 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.

Preferred Certifications and Experience

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with infrastructure projects, environmental protocols, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in Office 365 Suite.

Additional Details
