Role Description

The Deputy Director will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to AWAIC's direct victim services, managing staff, developing programs, coordinating with community partners, and ensuring the organization's mission is achieved.

Qualifications

• Leadership, Management, and Organizational skills
• Experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of domestic violence issues and services
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in grant writing and fundraising
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related field
