Job Summary

The Decentralized Learning Specialist (DLS) is a field-based position supporting restaurant training efforts within a specific market as part of the Regional Business Unit support team. The DLS executes training standards for non-traditional concepts and provides strategic support for broader training initiatives, partnering with Regional Leaders. This role acts as both an ambassador for the culture of Non-Traditional Concepts and an expert in training and development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support business goals through Crew Training, Manager Training, and Internal Development, including managing certifications for non-traditional restaurants.
  2. Ensure training standards are met through high engagement and performance analysis.
  3. Facilitate training classes such as ServSafe and Train the Trainer for new initiatives.
  4. Support New Restaurant Opening (NRO) training in collaboration with the Regional Leader of Growth.
  5. Lead and validate Advanced Crew & Management training programs.
  6. Conduct restaurant visits to evaluate training effectiveness and performance, providing feedback and operational support.
  7. Lead training projects for non-traditional concepts and analyze training performance regularly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Operations management
  • At least five years of hospitality leadership experience; multi-unit training experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Successful completion of required training, including obtaining a Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment

Additional Information

Pay Range: $72,500 - $101,500 annually, determined by experience and location.
