Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Early Careers Program Coordinator to join our team in the U.S., supporting our initiatives and projects. The role involves coordinating early career programs, engaging with young professionals, and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement early careers programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to promote early career engagement.
• Organize events, workshops, and training sessions for early career professionals.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes for new graduates and interns.
• Monitor and report on program effectiveness and outcomes.
• Support organizational branding and outreach efforts targeting early career talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Experience in program coordination, talent development, or HR preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with HR software.
