Position Overview

This is a true WORK FROM HOME position for sales professionals, whether experienced or new to sales. We provide comprehensive training for all new agents.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on responses sent into our office by potential clients and schedule appointments.
• Meet with families via in-person, phone, or video chat to help them find suitable protection plans.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report sales activity to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• Note: Our sales reps do NO Cold-Calling or Prospecting.

Qualifications

• Possess or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the USA.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong rapport-building skills.
• Proficient with smartphone, computer, or iPad.
• Must have a cell phone and a computer/tablet with a webcam.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated.
