Regulatory Affairs Associate at Dorsey and Whitney LLP

Dorsey and Whitney LLP is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Associate with four to six years of experience to join the Anchorage office. This role involves working on a variety of issues including corporate and municipal governance, contracting, financings, real property, proxy statements, annual meetings, telecommunications, and mergers and acquisitions.

Qualifications:

1. A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
2. Four to six years of experience, particularly with Alaska Native Corporations, Tribes, and corporate governance
3. Alaska bar admission or eligibility to become admitted in Alaska
4. Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
5. Excellent communication and writing skills for interactions with staff, clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues
6. Outstanding academic credentials

Experience with municipal law is a plus.
