Overview

Strategic Sourcing supports our enterprise-wide non-labor contract infrastructure across multiple departments. Its mission is to maximize clinical and financial value on products, equipment, services, IT applications, and support, thereby strengthening our commitment to excellence through a robust foundation of common products.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strategic thinking with an understanding of how contracts support operations
• Ability to identify risks and escalate appropriately
• Proven negotiation skills with suppliers and partners
• Professional handling of objections and workload
• Analytical skills for complex categories and business solutions
• Knowledge of sourcing processes, including RFI, RFP, and contracting
• Development of KPIs and execution of savings opportunities

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 8 years in Contract Management or related healthcare/corporate contracting roles
• 5 years in Contract Management, Medical Surgical, Physician Specialty, Purchased Services, or IT sourcing

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent experience
• 6 years of leadership and people management experience
• Experience managing IT applications or Physician Specialty Implantable Devices, as applicable

Salary Range by Location

Details for various locations are provided, with ranges from $36.82 to $89.13 depending on the area.
